• Review and verify candidate documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews across global time zones.
• Maintain candidate records in Workday and Rooster systems.
• Utilize AI tools to streamline administrative tasks and communication.
• Manage logistics including travel expenses, NDAs, and background checks.
• Identify process inefficiencies and contribute to SOP improvements.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• 2-4 years of experience in coordination or recruiting operations.
• Proficiency with Workday and Rooster systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work occasional overtime to support global recruiting efforts.
• Not eligible for immigration sponsorship
