What you will do

• Coordinate phone, virtual, and onsite interviews across multiple time zones.
• Manage complex scheduling logistics for candidates, recruiters, and interview panels.
• Own the preparation and processing of offer letters and coordinate their execution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and track recruiting activities within the ATS.
• Identify opportunities to improve scheduling efficiency and process flows.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or recruiting operations.
• Must be based in Atlanta, Georgia.
• Proven experience with complex interview scheduling across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with ATS or recruiting systems (e.g., Eightfold, SuccessFactors).
• Strong communication skills for interacting with candidates and business stakeholders.
