Salary: $72,400 - $78,800 per year

What you will do
- Coordinate full-cycle hiring searches from requisition to hire, including recruitment planning and outreach.
- Screen candidate applications, conduct interviews, and perform reference checks.
- Manage the candidate experience as the primary point of contact.
- Administer the applicant tracking system (ATS) and develop hiring analytics.
- Propose and implement programs to build diverse and qualified applicant pools.
- Collaborate with the People and Culture team on onboarding and internal culture initiatives.
Requirements
- At least three years of full-time experience in recruiting, hiring, or talent acquisition.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Proven experience independently conceptualizing and implementing new initiatives.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects and workstreams simultaneously.
- Rigorous attention to detail and a growth mindset regarding feedback.
- Commitment to the preservation of democratic norms and institutions.
