What you will do

  • Manage onsite interview logistics, including room setup, candidate greeting, and briefing.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with hiring leaders and client stakeholders.
  • Coordinate the full recruitment lifecycle, including scheduling, background checks, and offer letter processing.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation presentations and documentation.
  • Act as a primary liaison for daily operational issues and recruitment-related inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and assist with basic metrics reporting.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work onsite in Princeton, NJ.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a business or office environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Outlook.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and constantly changing environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.

Nice to have

  • Prior knowledge of talent acquisition concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Experience with recruitment marketing and local candidate generation.
