Salary: $50,000 - $65,000

What you will do

  • Support region leaders by analyzing quarterly data and assisting in trade partner recruitment.
  • Manage membership records and contract documentation for new builders.
  • Coordinate monthly market meetings to drive builder and sponsor engagement.
  • Assist builders and vendors with reporting, contract submissions, and discrepancy resolution.
  • Serve as the primary contact for reporting queries and support accounting needs.
  • Oversee program data collection and national contract participation.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the homebuilding industry is required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in business operations (preferred).
  • Ability to travel locally as required by business needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and web-based tools.
