What you will do
- Own GTM planning and forecasting cycles, including territory design, quota setting, pipeline coverage targets, and headcount modeling.
- Manage and optimize the commercial technology stack, especially HubSpot CRM, reporting, analytics, and workflow automation to ensure data quality and adoption.
- Define and maintain sales process assets such as playbooks, stage definitions, qualification standards, and onboarding infrastructure.
- Run deal operations for enterprise contracting, deal reviews, pricing workflows, data licensing arrangements, and revenue tracking in partnership with finance and legal.
- Lead cross-functional revenue operations across sales, client solutions, growth, marketing, and finance—owning lead-to-revenue, attribution, and renewal/expansion operations.
- Build and grow the Revenue Operations function, including hiring and developing future team members as the business scales.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, Business Operations, or a related analytical leadership role.
- Enterprise sales fluency for complex, multi-stakeholder biopharma sales cycles with long deal timelines and custom contracts.
- Hands-on experience administering CRM platforms (HubSpot strongly preferred), reporting systems, and workflow automation.
- Demonstrated use of AI tools to streamline operations, improve reporting, and increase commercial productivity.
- Strong analytical and strategic skills: build models, analyze pipeline performance, identify bottlenecks, and translate data into recommendations.
- Cross-functional leadership experience aligning sales, marketing, customer success, finance, and product stakeholders.
