What you will do

• Design and optimize the end-to-end quote lifecycle from qualification to closure.
• Architect integration workflows between DealCloud, CPQ tools, and downstream billing systems.
• Establish dashboards and reporting to monitor pipeline health and approval bottlenecks.
• Develop and enforce solution documentation, design standards, and pricing governance.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and Revenue Ops to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Coordinate change management and release processes for the CRM ecosystem.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 2+ years of specific experience in CRM configuration and solution architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar CRM platforms.
• Proven experience with CPQ tools such as DealHub, Salesforce CPQ, or Conga.
• Deep understanding of sales cycle processes and integration patterns.

Nice to have

• Experience with subscription or recurring revenue business models.
• Prior experience with DealCloud or hirify.global OnePlace platforms.
• Background in ERP or billing system integration architecture.
• Expertise in quote approval hierarchy and discount governance design.
