TL;DR
GTM Strategy & Ops Operator (SaaS/AI): Driving high-priority Go-To-Market initiatives and embedding AI into operational workflows with an accent on revenue operations and strategic execution. Focus on redesigning GTM processes using AI tools, conducting data-driven research, and coordinating cross-functional alignment across Sales, CS, and Finance.
Location: Remote (Must work West Coast/Pacific Time hours)

What you will do
- Execute high-priority GTM initiatives in partnership with functional leaders to accelerate business impact.
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to GTM executives to structure thinking and drive high-impact decisions.
- Analyze performance trends, pipeline data, and customer journeys to uncover gaps and actionable insights.
- Modernize inefficient GTM processes by piloting and scaling AI-driven workflow improvements.
- Develop executive-ready communications, internal narratives, and board presentations.
- Lead critical planning activities, including capacity planning, territory design, and goal setting.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in GTM Strategy, Sales Operations, Management Consulting, or Product Management within SaaS/B2B.
- Deep understanding of recurring revenue business models and the SaaS customer lifecycle.
- Advanced analytical and modeling skills for conducting research and crafting data-driven recommendations.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, BI tools (Tableau, Looker), and GTM tooling (Gong, Clari, Outreach).
- AI Fluency: Expert use of LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini), automation (Zapier, Make), and enrichment platforms (Clay, Apollo).
- Availability to work Pacific Time (West Coast) hours.
