What you will do

• Solicit new accounts and manage the entire sales process to generate banquet and catering business.
• Develop and maintain relationships with members, individuals, and corporations to drive repeat business.
• Negotiate, prepare, and execute proposals and contracts for weddings, seminars, and special events.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef to design custom menus tailored to client needs.
• Supervise catering staff to ensure functions are set to client standards and delivered on time.
• Generate daily, monthly, and annual forecasting reports for sales and revenue management.

Requirements

• Two years of experience as a Catering Sales Director.
• Proven track record of sales performance and banquet revenue generation.
• Strong technical literacy in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Expertise in social etiquette and creative menu development.
• Ability to perform sedentary work with occasional physical activity up to 10 pounds.
