Salary: $180,000 - $225,000 yearly

What you will do
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ account managers to drive incremental revenue and client retention.
- Oversee onboarding, training, and performance management to ensure team success and career growth.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on product vision and business outcomes.
- Serve as an escalation point for key clients and vendors to maintain strong, long-term relationships.
- Implement reporting deliverables to monitor and improve campaign performance across linear and digital channels.
Requirements
- 8+ years of client service management experience in premium media and advertising.
- 5+ years of people management experience with a focus on leadership and mentoring.
- Expert understanding of linear and digital media, including programmatic and streaming diagnostics.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Advertising, or Business.
- Must be able to work in the New York office at least four days per week.
- Willingness to travel and work overtime or weekends as needed.
