Salary: $220,000–$240,000 USD base + variable compensation

What you will do
- Build and execute an end-to-end inside-sales playbook, including ICP definition, outbound cadences, and qualification frameworks.
- Hire, ramp, coach, and retain a high-performing team of sellers while defining career paths and leveling.
- Operate and optimize the sales tooling stack, including Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong, as the source of truth for pipeline and forecasting.
- Own funnel metrics such as MQL to SQL conversion, win rates, and cycle times, ensuring consistent quarter-over-quarter growth.
- Partner with Marketing on demand generation and RevOps on territory design and segmentation.
- Set standards for activity rigor and deal-quality discipline to ensure forecast accuracy within ±10%.
Requirements
- 8+ years in advertising, ad-tech, or media sales, with at least 4 years in a leadership role carrying a number.
- Proven track record of scaling an inside-sales engine, including playbook design and rep ramp programs.
- Deep expertise in modern sales tooling (Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, Apollo/ZoomInfo, Gong/Chorus, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Working knowledge of the modern media stack (programmatic, CTV, social, identity/data, measurement).
- Strong operational discipline regarding pipeline math, CRM hygiene, and forecast accuracy.
- Ability to drive high-volume, short-cycle commercial deals.

- Background scaling an inside team alongside a strategic field team.
- Experience standing up integrations or marketplaces with programmatic platforms.
- Established network for hiring BDRs and inside AEs in the New York ad-tech market.
