Salary: $117,500 – $135,000 annual base compensation.

What you will do

  • Identify and hunt for new business opportunities to exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial lead generation to final contract closure.
  • Develop and execute strategic territory business plans to ensure consistent pipeline coverage.
  • Engage with C-level executives including CMOs, CDOs, and CIOs to demonstrate platform value.
  • Navigate complex commercial and legal negotiations involving procurement and business teams.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and opportunity tracking within internal sales systems.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in B2B enterprise software sales.
  • 2+ years of specific experience in the AdTech or MarTech industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and value-based selling.
  • Experience managing complex commercial and legal facilitations.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a fast-paced team environment.
  • Professional presence with strong business acumen.
