Location: Hybrid (New York City). Requires ~75% travel/field time and ability to commute to the office.

Salary: $170,000 - $190,000 USD

What you will do

  • Drive territory growth by prospecting and closing new business within hospital-based NICU teams.
  • Deliver tailored consultative sales presentations on the value of rapid genomic testing for newborns.
  • Serve as the primary account contact for neonatologists, hospitalists, and clinical staff.
  • Collaborate with Health Systems Directors and other sales channels to drive utilization of sequencing.
  • Lead educational initiatives, including hospital presentations and clinical meetings.
  • Monitor utilization and impact via metrics and case studies to reinforce the rWGS use case.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5-7 years of experience in healthcare or hospital-based sales, preferably focused on NICU or genetics.
  • Strong technical aptitude to manage clinical opportunities.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
