Salary: $184,569 - $248,269 per year (total compensation)

What you will do
- Increase utilization of UNITY Fetal Risk Screen through direct sales to OBGYNs, MFMs, and Genetic Counselors.
- Identify and manage commercial relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.
- Prospect new business and maintain key client relationships within the specified region.
- Create and implement a strategic business plan to grow market utilization quickly.
- Manage the full product sales lifecycle, including lead generation and closing.
- Attend local tradeshows, industry conferences, and networking events.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of outside field sales experience within the healthcare sector.
- Proven sales track record with strong presentation and consultative selling skills.
- Working knowledge and application of HIPAA laws, privacy, and ethics.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and act with urgency in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Experience in a start-up environment.
- Background in Women's Health.
- Clinical laboratory experience.
- Existing convertible book of business.
