Salary: Base salary $208,802 per year, total compensation $384,104 (at plan)

What you will do
- Develop and execute a data-driven sales strategy to grow market development throughout the region.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of Oncology Specialists to increase profitability and market share.
- Recruit, hire, train, and manage staff to exceed ambitious sales goals.
- Create and enhance customized pitches for oncologists and the cancer care community.
- Analyze sales results and industry trends to increase sales volume and stay ahead of competition.
Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of field sales management experience at a molecular diagnostics or liquid biopsy company.
- Proven track record of selling directly to Oncologists within the Southern California geographical region.
- Possession of an existing portfolio of convertible client relationships in the region.
- Strong experience hiring, coaching, and motivating sales teams to exceed goals.
- Demonstrated success in sales (e.g., President’s Club or equivalent) and strong negotiation skills.
- Must reside in the Southern California region.
