TL;DR

Location: Remote, US (PST/MST preferred)

Salary: $175,000–$185,000 + variable bonus + equity

What you will do

  • Own executive relationships with senior living operators as the primary point of contact.
  • Drive commercial outcomes, focusing on Net Dollar Retention (NDR), renewals, and expansion revenue.
  • Lead data-driven Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) to demonstrate ROI and measurable outcomes.
  • Partner with Sales to identify and close expansion opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Mentor CSMs and CSDs, sharing frameworks to elevate the overall Customer Success organization.
  • Act as the internal voice of the customer, collaborating with Product and Sales teams.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or enterprise client-facing roles in SaaS or healthtech.
  • Must be based in the US.
  • Ability to travel approximately 30% for on-site visits and EBRs.
  • Proven track record of commercial ownership and driving revenue/retention outcomes.
  • Experience operating at both strategic executive levels and operational detail levels.

Nice to have

  • Clinical credential or meaningful clinical experience.
  • Experience in senior living or post-acute care operator landscapes.
  • Cross-functional fluency with Sales, Product, and clinical teams.
