Senior Project Manager

What you will do

• Lead multiple technology implementation projects simultaneously using hirify.global’s project management method.
• Coordinate project activities with business stakeholders and support teams across infrastructure and applications.
• Manage relationships and coordinate work between vendors, customers, subcontractors, and engineering teams across locations.
• Track deliverables, issues, and status to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet customer satisfaction goals.
• Oversee day-to-day project phases from requirements through design, development, test, and deployment.
• Manage budgets (weekly timesheets and expense approvals), resource planning, and change management for overall project scope.

Requirements

• 8+ years of project management experience managing multiple projects to successful completion, preferably in a technology solutions provider or corporate IT environment.
• PMP certification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project (or equivalent project management tool).
• Strong communication, active listening, public speaking, and stakeholder negotiation skills.
• Strong change management and critical thinking skills to forecast and resolve problem areas.
• English: proficiency required (reading comprehension and effective oral/written communication).

Nice to have

• ITIL certification.
• CSM or comparable certifications.
• Experience leading programs involving cloud technologies (AWS and/or Azure).
