Digital Transformation Principal - Payments

Location: Houston, Texas, United States; onsite. Domestic travel of up to 40% is required.

What you will do

• Assess prospects’ B2B payment ecosystems and identify friction such as interchange fees, manual cash application, and cross-border or multi-currency complexity.
• Map payment challenges to hirify.global solutions and communicate their business value.
• Build ROI models, business cases, and Total Cost of Ownership analyses for finance executives.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations to enterprise Finance departments and CFOs.
• Partner with stakeholders to design scalable digital payment transformation roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Strategy teams to influence the product roadmap using prospect feedback and Payments industry trends.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in B2B payments, including merchant acquiring, credit card processing, interchange optimization, Level 2/3/CEDP data, direct debit, alternative payment methods, digital wallets, real-time payments, and global payment gateways.
• Experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or technology-focused Management Consulting, ideally supporting the Office of the CFO.
• Strong communication, storytelling, presentation, and executive relationship-building skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical workflows into quantifiable business value and clear customer-facing presentations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical or financial field.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 40%.
