What you will do

• Facilitate core Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.
• Assess and improve team Agile maturity to drive higher performance and consistent delivery.
• Act as a proactive blocker-remover to resolve technical, process, and communication bottlenecks.
• Partner with Product Owners and Release Train Engineers to align team efforts with program priorities.
• Manage and communicate key metrics such as velocity and cycle time to ensure transparency.
• Champion the adoption of CI/CD practices and TDD as fundamental components of the Definition of Done.

Requirements

• Must hold a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification.
• Minimum 5–7 years of Agile experience, with at least 2 years specifically as a Scrum Master.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, TDD, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to effectively interface across all organizational levels and external vendors.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Advanced certifications such as SASM, CSPO, ACP, or SA.
• Deep experience in enterprise environments utilizing scaled Agile frameworks like SAFe.
• Experience mentoring junior Scrum Masters or influencing organizational Agile adoption.
