What you will do

• Lead and manage all aspects of the VENOM Sustainment project from initiation through completion.
• Oversee on-aircraft maintenance of the VENOM Autonomy Kit (VAK), including spare parts and inventory tracking.
• Coordinate and synchronize activities between maintenance, logistics, engineering, and manufacturing task leads.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and status reports.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, DARPA, and US Air Force customers.
• Manage contractor access cards and essential paperwork for team access to Eglin AFB and aircraft hangars.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain security clearance.
• Must be local to Eglin AFB, FL or Hollywood, MD.
• Demonstrated success in project leadership or technical team management.
• Experience managing engineering services projects.
• Experience with DOD aircraft avionics modifications, preferably with F-16 aircraft.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
