Industry Engagement Analyst

TL;DR

Industry Engagement Analyst (Project Management): Coordinating and executing industry engagements for an OSD client at the Pentagon with an accent on logistical support, stakeholder coordination, and process optimization. Focus on managing senior leader talking points, tracking metrics for engagement outcomes, and maintaining DoD-level standard operating procedures.

Location: Full-time onsite at the Pentagon, Arlington, VA. No remote or hybrid work options available.

What you will do

• Provide administrative and analytical support for the vetting, planning, and execution of industry engagements.
• Develop plans of actions, milestones, agendas, and senior leader talking points.
• Coordinate with internal and external DoD stakeholders regarding visitor protocols and read-ahead materials.
• Track and analyze engagement priorities and coordinate progress with relevant POCs.
• Establish and maintain standard operating procedures in accordance with DoD requirements.
• Manage SharePoint sites and collaboration tools for engagement forums.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI security clearance is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in event planning, project management, business administration, government, or a related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience (or 14+ years with a high school diploma).
• Proven experience coordinating high-level events and supporting GO/FO/SES senior leaders.
• Proficiency in CATMS or similar task management tools and Microsoft Office software.
• Must be based in or able to work full-time onsite in Arlington, VA.
