TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (Martech): Managing and expanding relationships with top-tier global consumer brands on the mParticle CDP platform with an accent on data-driven use cases and platform adoption. Focus on driving client retention, identifying upsell opportunities, and collaborating with product teams to influence the roadmap based on customer feedback.

Location: London, UK (On-site/Hybrid: minimum 4 days per week in office)

Salary: $76,000 – $119,000 (Total Compensation)

What you will do

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within strategic accounts.
  • Develop tailored success plans to drive measurable outcomes such as reduced customer acquisition costs and increased retention.
  • Provide expert guidance on the mParticle platform to maximize value through use case enablement and best practices.
  • Collaborate with Solutions, Sales, and Product teams to execute strategic account plans and provide client feedback.
  • Track customer health metrics and lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to align on future goals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Solutions Consulting in enterprise SaaS.
  • Experience with data platforms, martech, CDPs, or developer-adjacent platforms.
  • Proven track record of supporting high-revenue, large-scale global customers and engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate business strategy into data-driven success plans and measurable outcomes.
  • Must be based in London and able to work from the office at least 4 days per week.
  • AI-first mindset with experience using AI tools to improve operational efficiency.
