Salary: $76,000 – $119,000 (Total Compensation)

What you will do
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within strategic accounts.
- Develop tailored success plans to drive measurable outcomes such as reduced customer acquisition costs and increased retention.
- Provide expert guidance on the mParticle platform to maximize value through use case enablement and best practices.
- Collaborate with Solutions, Sales, and Product teams to execute strategic account plans and provide client feedback.
- Track customer health metrics and lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to align on future goals.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Solutions Consulting in enterprise SaaS.
- Experience with data platforms, martech, CDPs, or developer-adjacent platforms.
- Proven track record of supporting high-revenue, large-scale global customers and engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to translate business strategy into data-driven success plans and measurable outcomes.
- Must be based in London and able to work from the office at least 4 days per week.
- AI-first mindset with experience using AI tools to improve operational efficiency.
