Location: Must be based in or able to commute to London for hybrid work

Salary: £90,000–£120,000 base + commission (OTE £180k–£250k) + equity

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end enterprise sales opportunities from initial prospecting to final close.
  • Build and develop a high-quality pipeline targeting financial services and regulated sectors.
  • Engage C-suite and senior operational leaders through consultative sales conversations.
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations, presentations, and business cases to enterprise prospects.
  • Contribute to sales strategy, qualification frameworks, and account planning initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience with complex sales cycles.
  • Proven track record of securing six and seven-figure contract values.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and experience engaging executive stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of AI, automation, or emerging technology solutions within enterprise environments.
  • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial approach with the ability to work autonomously.
