Location: Hybrid: Must be local to London and able to work from the office on a regular weekly basis

What you will do
- Create and adapt playbooks, battlecards, and competitive positioning materials tailored to EMEA markets.
- Build and deliver onboarding and continuous training programs to ensure rapid ramping for EMEA sales reps.
- Translate global messaging into field-ready content that resonates with regional buyers in collaboration with Product Marketing.
- Partner with EMEA sales and SDR leadership to transform field signals into practical enablement resources.
- Collaborate with the global Content & Learning team to maintain consistency with global standards while ensuring local relevance.
- Proactively identify and close gaps within the EMEA enablement program.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in sales enablement, content creation, or revenue-facing roles with an EMEA focus.
- Proven ability to independently produce high-quality enablement content from a brief to a finished playbook.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales dynamics within the EMEA region.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities as the sole enablement presence in the region.
Nice to have
- Background in B2B SaaS, specifically within developer tools, infrastructure, or platform engineering.
- Experience with sales platforms such as Highspot, Nooks, or LetterAI.
- Experience supporting partner or channel sales motions.
- Prior experience as an early enablement hire in a new region.
