Location: Hybrid role based in Sofia, Bulgaria

What you will do

  • Partner with senior leaders to drive organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership development.
  • Serve as the primary HR point of contact, building trusted relationships with managers and teams.
  • Provide coaching on performance management, employee relations, and team effectiveness.
  • Drive core talent processes including performance reviews, succession planning, and development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams like L&D, Compensation, and Talent Acquisition to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Lead change management initiatives to support teams through organizational transformation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in an HRBP or HR Generalist role within a global or matrixed organization.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR practices with the ability to adapt to different regulatory environments.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data to guide decision-making.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Sofia, Bulgaria.
