What you will do

• Deliver the Level 4 AI Workflow Specialist curriculum and core data literacy modules.
• Lead hands-on workshops on low-code engines (Power Automate, n8n, Zapier) integrated with LLMs like ChatGPT, Copilot, and Gemini.
• Facilitate technical deep dives into prompt chaining, Agentic AI design patterns (ReAct), and RAG architectures.
• Instruct learners on AI economics, process optimization, value stream mapping, and calculating automation ROI.
• Partner with Product Managers to provide technical feedback and refine curriculum resources and learning paths.
• Maintain technical expertise in fast-moving GenAI tools and workplace adoption patterns.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK
• Mastery of low-code/workflow automation platforms (Power Automate, n8n, Zapier), APIs, and JSON parsing.
• Proficiency in enterprise GenAI interfaces and advanced prompt engineering (multi-shot, chaining).
• Strong practical understanding of AI knowledge architectures, including vector search, chunking, and RAG.
• Proven capability to teach process mapping and the financial calculation of automation ROI.
• Exceptional communication skills to translate complex technical architectures for non-technical staff.

Nice to have

• Functional capability in Python scripting for custom integrations.
• Familiarity with LLMOps, AI safety, PII filtering, and Algorithmic Impact Assessments.
• Practical knowledge of GDPR and data privacy standards.
• Formal teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS) or substantial enterprise facilitation experience.
