What you will do

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to existing customers to drive product adoption and satisfaction.
  • Develop and close new business opportunities within a portfolio of complex accounts.
  • Build and sustain strategic relationships with executive leaders and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct assessments to identify customer pain points and create finance transformation roadmaps.
  • Manage and forecast sales activity by executing the company sales process and playbook.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to drive successful outcomes and attend industry events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 8+ years of experience in SaaS or technology Account Management.
  • Proven history of managing complex accounts and long sales cycles.
  • Strong ability to communicate value to senior-level executives.
  • Expertise in strategic, consultative selling tactics.
  • Ability to travel up to 40-50% of the time for client sites and industry events.
