What you will do

  • Govern ITSM-aligned processes across the full service lifecycle and standardize delivery workflows.
  • Manage the financial lifecycle of service subscriptions, including forecasting, cost optimization, and margin analysis.
  • Embed AI-assisted automation to shift operations from reactive to proactive models.
  • Own resource allocation, utilization, and capacity planning across the managed services portfolio.
  • Bridge delivery and cross-functional teams to translate operational insights into scalable service components.
  • Drive organizational change and develop enablement programs to close capability gaps.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Service Delivery, Managed Services, or Technical Operations management within IT services.
  • 1+ year of hands-on experience in cloud-managed services operations.
  • Deep practical knowledge of ITSM frameworks in complex, client-facing delivery environments.
  • Proven experience in operational financial modeling, including service planning and margin analysis.
  • Proficiency with ITSM platforms like ServiceNow or Jira and project management tools.
  • Working knowledge of automation frameworks and AI-assisted tooling applied to service operations.
