What you will do

• Drive end-to-end delivery of multi-phase software and hardware implementations for enterprise customers, ensuring deadlines and contractual scope are met.
• Steer project financials, monitoring cash flow, revenue recognition, and coordinating invoice payments and purchase orders.
• Manage 2 to 5 concurrent enterprise customer engagements from kickoff to transition.
• Oversee sub-contractors responsible for hardware and electrical wiring installations.
• Lead technical presentations and weekly status meetings with senior executives of large enterprises.
• Manage account transition to Operations and ensure software utilization ramp-up during the hypercare period.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering or Business.
• 7+ years of overall experience, including 2+ years in a technical role (Computer Science, Network, Electrical, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering).
• 5+ years in a client-facing delivery role within B2B SaaS or deep-tech environments involving IT Hardware/SaaS deployments.
• 3-5+ years of project management experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• 3+ years of experience managing electrical or wiring installation sub-contractors.
• Must be based in Washington DC for hybrid work.
