What you will do

• Lead and coordinate the successful delivery of cloud-based projects and services.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout project execution.
• Guide clients in adopting cloud solutions aligned with industry best practices.
• Apply Agile methodologies to organize, plan, and monitor project activities.
• Collaborate with technical teams to define roadmaps and provide time/cost estimates.
• Monitor project performance, including budget tracking, issue resolution, and risk management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in leading or coordinating IT/cloud projects or services.
• Strong client-facing skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Familiarity with Agile practices and project delivery tools.
• Ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams.
• Must be able to work in-person in Luxembourg.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as Prince2, PMP, Scrum, or ITIL.
• Cloud certifications: AWS or Microsoft Azure.
• Proficiency in French.
