What you will do

• Act as the primary interface between customers, service delivery management, and production teams.
• Monitor and manage operational performance, ensuring compliance with SLAs, OLAs, and ZERO Outage guidelines.
• Coordinate hardware lifecycle activities, server provisioning, and infrastructure automation using Ansible and Terraform.
• Oversee AI and HPC workload operations, including Kubernetes environments and high-performance storage.
• Identify and implement process improvements to maximize operational output and service profitability.
• Prepare operational reports and provide technical input for resource planning.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Information Technologies and at least 6 years of relevant experience.
• English proficiency at C1 level required.
• Must be based in Slovakia due to taxation regulations.
• Advanced ITIL certification and strong process management background.
• Experience in project management, quality management, and financial literacy.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills.
