Delivery Manager

TL;DR

Delivery Manager (Agile/Delivery): Coordinating day-to-day project execution and team activities for custom product engineering with an accent on scope control, resource planning, and client stakeholder management. Focus on ensuring smooth project delivery, managing risks and financials, and optimizing Agile processes across cross-functional teams.

Location: Must be based in Ukraine (Remote/Hybrid)

What you will do

• Manage project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resources from initiation through completion.
• Coordinate team ramp-up, onboarding, and staffing plans in alignment with recruitment.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain delivery best practices using internal tools and templates.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with client stakeholders to support project execution.
• Track and report project progress, risks, and financials to internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in pre-sales activities and support the creation of delivery proposals.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in IT project management, project delivery, or team management.
• Experience managing or coordinating teams of up to 20 FTEs.
• Solid understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and general Agile delivery lifecycles.
• Familiarity with contract types (SOW, MSA) and basic financial literacy (gross margin, budget forecasting).
• English: Intermediate (B2+) required for written and verbal communication.
• Location: Must be based in Ukraine.

Nice to have

• Agile certifications (Scrum Master or ICAgile).
• Foundations in project management methodologies (PMI CAPM or similar).
