What you will do

  • Define project scope, milestones, and timelines to ensure timely content delivery.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and negotiate changes to deliverables.
  • Plan and track tasks across functional teams using tools like Jira and Notion.
  • Optimize and automate content production workflows and business processes.
  • Oversee content production tools, including license management and tool procurement.
  • Identify risks to project timelines and develop mitigation strategies.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience as a Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or Producer.
  • Experience in managing content production, preferably within the education sector.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and business process automation.
  • Experience with Notion Projects, Jira, and CMS.
  • English: B2 or higher required

Nice to have

  • Degree in Management, Business Administration, or professional PM certifications.
  • Interest in instructional design and adult education.
  • Experience with CAT tools, video production software, and AI content generation tools.
