TL;DR

Business Development Executive (Fintech): Growing the affiliate partnership network by identifying and engaging new business opportunities with an accent on building strategic relationships and delivering tailored currency exchange solutions. Focus on managing the end-to-end sales cycle, identifying partner pain points, and maintaining high-level business metrics.

Location: Must be based in or near La Zenia, Spain (Hybrid/Remote opportunities available).

What you will do

  • Identify, engage, and cultivate prospective partner relationships within key sectors.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle and progress a pipeline of new opportunities.
  • Engage with key decision-makers to build strategic, long-term partnerships.
  • Support partners with products and services while liaising with internal teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance business retention and partnership opportunities.
  • Maintain CRM integrity and ensure key business metrics are consistently met.

Requirements

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish required.
  • Proven track record in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Strong negotiation, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with professionals at all organizational levels.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and focused on delivering exceptional service.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.

Nice to have

  • Experience in wealth management, financial services, SaaS, property, accounting, or legal sectors.
  • Previous experience working in Real Estate, Notary, or related professional sectors.
