What you will do

  • Consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs for a high-growth territory.
  • Identify, prospect, and engage beauty and wellness businesses using phone, email, and social outreach (with in-person meetings as appropriate).
  • Present and sell products and services through product demos, managing the full sales process from prospecting to close.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis to align hirify.global solutions with partners’ business objectives.
  • Contact qualified inbound leads and document all call outcomes in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless partner experience and act as a lead point of contact for commercial activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of solid B2B sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience selling to beauty and wellness businesses (or strong alignment with the industry).
  • Ability to build relationships and operate as a “hunter” focused on new business.
  • Strong organization skills: multitasking, prioritization, and effective time management.
  • Comfort with consultative, needs-based selling and providing feedback on market trends.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in Spanish and another language, preferably Basque.
  • Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms.
