What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end collections process, including billing, invoice issuance, and dispute resolution.
• Own the AR aging report and produce weekly/monthly metrics such as DSO, collection rate, and bad debt reserve.
• Build and maintain relationships with customer AP teams to proactively prevent payment delays.
• Coordinate formal escalation paths for delinquent accounts with Sales, Legal, and Customer Success.
• Manage the bad debt write-off process and perform periodic reserve analysis in compliance with internal controls.
• Leverage AI platforms like Claude to automate repetitive tasks, triage disputes, and optimize reporting.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or a related accounting function.
• Demonstrated experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Sage Intacct, SaaS Optics).
• Hands-on experience using AI platforms or productivity tools to improve work quality and efficiency.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
