What you will do

• Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with private developers and industrial clients, particularly in the NY/NJ Metro area.
• Promote a full suite of services including Geotechnical, Marine, Ecological, and Environmental engineering.
• Serve as the Senior Project Manager for complex projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Act as the technical expert or Engineer of Record (PE) for subsurface investigations and remedial design.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers to foster a culture of ownership and business development.
• Perform high-level technical reviews of designs, permits, and reports for regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Hydrogeology, Environmental Science, or a related field
• Minimum 15 years of experience in the environmental industry
• Proven track record of generating $1M+ in annual revenue through client relationships
• Deep expertise in Hydrogeology, Environmental Remediation, or Brownfield Redevelopment.
• Successful completion of fit-for-work testing, including Drug & Alcohol testing.

Nice to have

• Professional Geologist (PG) or Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities to translate technical challenges into value-driven solutions.
