What you will do

• Serve as the primary project point of contact for customers from contract execution through site acceptance.
• Manage the master deliverables matrix, schedule, and critical path for all deployments.
• Coordinate site readiness, lead pre-deployment visits, and oversee installation and commissioning campaigns.
• Lead incident response for deployed modules, orchestrating technical remediation across internal and third-party teams.
• Develop the reusable Field Operations playbook, including templates for reporting, risk registers, and acceptance protocols.
• Define the operating model for Field Operations interfaces with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of program or project management experience delivering complex hardware deployments.
• Experience in energy or power infrastructure (e.g., utility-scale solar, BESS, microgrids, or data center power).
• Proven track record of owning multi-million-dollar enterprise customer deployments.
• Must be based in Miami, FL or Austin, TX.
• Ability to travel 25–40% to customer sites.
• Strong fluency in project management fundamentals (scope, risk, budget, change control).

Nice to have

• Engineering background in mechanical, civil, electrical, or industrial disciplines.
• Experience establishing deployment functions at early-stage hardware companies.
• PMP or PgMP certification.
• Familiarity with EPC and AHJ permitting workflows in the U.S.
