What you will do

• Coordinate R&D and NPD project schedules, resources, and deliverables.
• Manage project plans using Technology Readiness Level (TRL) and Stage Gate requirements.
• Track milestones to ensure alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.
• Facilitate collaboration between engineering, operations, quality, and commercial teams.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Provide status updates to stakeholders and maintain project documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
• PMP Certification.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Fort Myers, Florida.
• Experience with project management principles and cross-functional execution.

Nice to have

• Experience with Stage Gate or TRL phased development models.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Gantt charts, or WBS.
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project management.
• Technical background in electrical, mechanical, chemical, or electrochemical engineering.
