Project Manager (Construction)

TL;DR

Project Manager (Construction): Managing all facets of construction programs, including development, coordination, and implementation of schedules with an accent on commercial and industrial general contracting. Location: Orlando, FL, USA. Must be based in the area and able to drive between project sites.

What you will do

• Manage construction program budgets and schedules to ensure timely completion within cost constraints.
• Develop and review Statements of Work (SOW) through site visits and client needs analysis.
• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and line-item estimates using RS Means or similar tools.
• Solicit, evaluate, and negotiate proposals from vendors and subcontractors.
• Coordinate project close-outs, including final inspections and As-Built drawings.
• Drive business growth by identifying improvements and proposing solutions to existing and new customers.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in the construction industry with a commercial or industrial general contractor.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects, subcontractors, and vendors simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ProCore, Adobe, and BlueBeam.
• Strong negotiation and resource management skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify participant).
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering is preferred.
