Quality Management Lead (Electrical)

What you will do

• Lead quality management for HV/LV switchboards, battery systems, and UPS/inverter systems across the full project lifecycle.
• Develop and implement Project Quality Control Plans (PQCPs) and monitor Contractor Quality Assurance Plans (CQAPs).
• Coordinate manufacturing surveillance and supplier quality oversight to ensure compliance.
• Manage non-conformances (NCRs) and drive timely resolution with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Review Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Quality Plans, and Follow-Up Documentation.
• Collaborate with project, engineering, and commissioning teams to achieve quality requirements and facilitate equipment release.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent military experience).
• 5+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, or quality management.
• Strong electrical engineering background with knowledge of switchboards, batteries, or power distribution equipment.
• Experience managing quality requirements across the supply chain and collaborating with suppliers.
• Willingness to travel and attend the site regularly.
• Ability to obtain Security Clearance (BPSS) is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in nuclear, energy, oil & gas, or other regulated heavy industrial infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of QA/QC processes, NCR management, and manufacturing surveillance.
• Experience working within complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
