What you will do

• Create practical technical content including tutorials, blog posts, videos, and demos grounded in real use cases.
• Edit and curate technical contributions from internal engineers and guest authors to ensure high standards.
• Build and enable the developer community through events, meetups, livestreams, and social platforms like Slack, Reddit, and Discord.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and meetups as a credible technical practitioner.
• Synthesize community feedback and friction points into actionable insights for product and engineering teams.
• Monitor community health and content performance metrics to adjust growth strategies.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency with SQL, databases, metrics, and analytics workflows.
• Proven experience building communities across platforms such as X, YouTube, Twitch, or through public speaking.
• Clear, direct, and human communication style.
• Ability to create and ship high-quality technical content independently.
• Must be based in the United States.

• Contributions to open source projects.
