Salary: $175,000 - $190,000

What you will do

• Represent hirify.global and Drupal to digital marketers and vibe coders via content, social media, events, and communities as a practitioner.
• Demo and build with hirify.global products live on camera, stage, in tutorials, and demos.
• Create high-quality videos, tutorials, live streams, and social posts for non-Drupal audiences.
• Engage in digital marketer and vibe coder spaces like YouTube, Reddit, Discord, LinkedIn, and events.
• Speak at marketing, no-code, content ops, and AI-assisted development conferences.
• Collaborate with dev rel team and share market insights with Product and Marketing.

Requirements

• Experience as digital marketer, content creator, or vibe coder with ongoing practice.
• Portfolio of dev rel or practitioner content: videos, tutorials, demos, talks, guides.
• Active public presence in relevant events, social, YouTube, and communities.
• Familiarity with Drupal and excitement to build with it publicly.
• Hands-on with marketing automation, CMS, AI-assisted coding tools, no-code builders.
• Strong on-camera and on-stage presence; self-directed entrepreneurial mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-assisted tools (Cursor, Replit, v0, Bolt) and vibe coding.
• YouTube channel, newsletter, podcast, or social following with consistent publishing.
• Experience at CMS, DXP, or martech company.
