Mgr Proposal Analyst (Defense)

Salary: $106,100 – $211,485 per year

What you will do

• Coordinate proposal activity and assignments for a team of Proposal Analysts to ensure all proposals are resourced.
• Interface with program and capture management to coordinate all aspects of cost proposal management.
• Provide leadership and guidance on proposal matters and develop strategies consistent with RMS objectives.
• Review subordinates' work throughout the proposal lifecycle to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coach and mentor proposal analysts to enhance their professional development.
• Identify and recommend productivity initiatives to improve overall proposal processes.

Requirements

• 8 or more years of experience in Estimating, Finance, or Business Operation functions.
• Extensive knowledge of various proposal and contracting types.
• Proficiency with MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of government contract execution and FAR/DFARS proposal requirements.
• Ability to prepare and present financial data to different levels of leadership.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience leading teams or individuals on complex projects.
• Familiarity with RMS F&BO practices and pricing tools such as ProPricer and genBOE.
• Ability to work effectively with teams across multiple locations.
