Requirements Manager (Defense)

Requirements Manager (Defense): Coordinating and documenting requirements for the Air, Space, and Cyberspace Constructive Environment (ASCCE) suite of systems with an accent on stakeholder communication and risk mitigation. Location: Remote (Must be based in the US and hold a Secret clearance)

Salary: $86,800 – $198,000

What you will do

• Plan, prepare, and execute Requirements Work Groups (RWGs), Review Boards (RRBs), and Program Management Reviews (PMRs).
• Facilitate stakeholder communications to maintain strict alignment with sponsor objectives for the ASCCE suite.
• Identify and mitigate risks impacting operational training infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to manage documentation for requirements and review processes.
• Ensure operational training infrastructures meet current and future enterprise needs of the US Air Force.

Requirements

• Secret clearance is required.
• DoD 8570.01 M-IATII Certification.
• 4+ years of experience in requirements management or project coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a technical field.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Air Force or Department of Defense clients.
• Experience with enterprise-level operational training environments.
• Proficiency in MS Office and specialized requirements management tools.
