What you will do

  • Develop and execute omnichannel B2B marketing campaigns tailored to the LATAM region to drive quantifiable KPIs.
  • Manage end-to-end digital strategies including SEO, paid media, and lead nurture programs using automation tools.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research on competitors and audience personas to refine USPs and brand positioning.
  • Create high-quality content assets and copy for websites, landing pages, and emails across the customer journey.
  • Plan and oversee regional trade shows, conferences, and road shows, including budgeting and vendor management.
  • Analyze campaign performance via Google Analytics and CRM data to optimize ROAS and conversion rates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field with 5+ years of B2B digital marketing experience (or Master's with 3+ years).
  • Location: Must be based in Mexico City.
  • Language: Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
  • Expertise in web analytics (Google/Adobe Analytics) and CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce).
  • Strong knowledge of SEO and GPT-powered (AI) search optimization.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

  • Prior work experience in the microbiology or life science industry.
