What you will do
- Lead day-to-day management of client accounts, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Manage end-to-end account projects, including scheduling, presentations, and internal/external communications.
- Analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities, providing actionable insights via reports and presentations.
- Collaborate with channel teams (SEM, SEO, Social, Display) to align client solutions with business goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely updates on project progress and outcomes.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in Account Management or Client Partner roles with a track record of successful campaigns.
- Familiarity with multiple digital platforms, including Google Analytics and project management tools.
- Proven ability to analyze data and use analytics tools to drive marketing decisions.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong multitasking and time management skills across multiple clients and internal initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external teams.
