Location: Must be based in Mexico City and able to work from the Reforma office two days a week.

What you will do
- Build and execute Paid Search and Shopping campaigns aligned with client objectives and ecommerce realities.
- Analyze performance data to translate insights into actionable optimizations and clear client narratives.
- Utilize platform capabilities and automation tools like value-based bidding and Performance Max to improve efficiency.
- Maintain data integrity across tagging, feeds, and tracking in partnership with Analytics teams.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of playbooks and best practices.
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams including Creative, Product, and Client Leadership.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience executing Paid Search/Shopping with end-to-end ownership of campaigns.
- Proven experience managing monthly budgets of $75K+.
- Fluency in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Merchant Center, and SA360 or Skai.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Sheets and GA/GA4 for performance forecasting and A/B testing.
- Must be able to work from the Reforma, CDMX office two days a week.
- Google Search & Shopping certifications (or ability to complete within 60 days).
