What you will do
- Communicate professionally with customers to resolve requests according to process guidelines.
- Listen attentively to customer needs and demonstrate empathy during support interactions.
- Utilize GDS systems to manage travel-related bookings and inquiries.
- Drive sales performance while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Work effectively within a shifting schedule in an onsite environment.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in Quezon City, Philippines.
- For GDS Travel Specialist: At least 1 year of GDS experience.
- For Sales: College graduate with at least 1 year of BPO sales experience.
- High school graduate (or Senior High School graduate under K-12 curriculum).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules.
