What you will do

• Establish the Game Integrity & Operational Assurance function from the ground up, defining governance, frameworks, and control standards.
• Lead investigations into game defects, operational incidents, large wins, jackpots, and promotional abuse.
• Develop and maintain key risk indicators (KRIs) covering RTP variance, payout anomalies, and fraud.
• Define data strategies for dashboards and drive the implementation of AI-enabled risk identification and predictive monitoring.
• Ensure all operational assurance processes meet regulatory obligations and internal control requirements.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, and Compliance teams to act as the central authority for operational integrity.

Requirements

• Significant experience in operational risk, fraud management, investigations, or gaming compliance.
• Proven ability to lead complex investigations and conduct root-cause analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent analytical tools.
• Experience designing monitoring frameworks and operational governance processes.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting large datasets and translating them into practical solutions.
• Must be based in Belgrade, Serbia for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

• Experience in online gaming, casino operations, and knowledge of RTP and volatility.
• Familiarity with machine learning, anomaly detection, and operational risk modelling.
• Experience working with gaming suppliers, platform providers, and regulators.
